I was scared when I first heard this instrument LOL XD

Catarina pursed her lips in thought before selecting the appropriate word. ‘Spectacularly.’
Magnus pointed at her. ‘That’s why you’re my favorite.’
‘And traditionally the man gyrates—’
‘You did gyrate spectacularly,’ Ragnor observed in a sour voice.
Magnus made a little bow. ‘Why, thank you’” (33).

It’s so cool to imagine Magnus dancing like this!

‘I owe you, warlock,’ Raphael said, a cool whisper against Magnus’s ear. ‘I promise you I won’t forget.’
‘Don’t be ridiculous,’ said Magnus, and then because he could get away with it, when he drew back, he ruffled Raphael’s curly hair. The indignant look on Raphael’s face was hilarious” (294).

Lol I loved when Magnus ruffles Raphael's hair just because he could XD
“Every time Alec had dropped by—or in the mornings after Alec had fallen asleep there—Magnus had woken to the sounds and smells of Alec’s making him coffee, even though Alec knew that Magnus could magic coffee out of the air. Alec had done it only a few times, had been there for only a handful of mornings. It was not something Magnus should be getting used to” (353).
