I decided to listen to this audiobook because I was looking through the Phoenix Public Library online catalog and I just searched Anne Rice's name and I found this in their collection. Her name was mentioned in this audiobook, so I borrowed it off Hoopla. I finished it in one day. I just listened for Anne Rice's contribution to this book, but while I was waiting for her part I found some interesting quotes from other contributors. Below you will find my favorite quotes from this book. Also, I wanted to say that I liked the cover art for this Eaudiobook. I like the coffee cup on the cover.

I've always wanted to read the script because I saw on Twitter that people said there were some very spicy deleted scenes! And it did not disappoint! ;) I just Googled it and found this. I finished reading this TV script on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at 2:43 a.m. I read it whenever I was bored. I really liked the extra little scenes throughout the script. I thought it was interesting they mentioned Oncle Vervain from Merrick. I read it on this Android app called ReadEra.

AMC's IWTV S1E1 Pilot

OMG! Lestat was talking about Nicki to Lily in French, which she couldn't understand none! Wow!

I wanted to read this book, so I bought the audiobook on audiobooks.com. It was like $10.

Then I found the ebook online and downloaded it on my iPad.

“The sound of the little sled brushing the snow underneath, the steady glide through the barren landscape, offered tranquility, a sense of togetherness. Shut your eyes and you’re flying through the universe.” (32)

Reading about his memory with his mother made be all teary eyed and cry because it was so wholesome and beautiful.

“A thrilling vacation, the apartment building, directly across the street from the Halifax Harbour, had a pool … A POOL!” (33)

I thought this sentence was so cute when Elliot read it! So sweet!

“The unraveling is painful, but it leads you to you.” (173)

“When home, I put on a Leonard Cohen record (not helpful) and smoked up the chimney (properly harmful). Why when hurting do we want to perpetuate the pain? Self-punishment?” (185)

I thought it was so cute how he said PING!

Ale wanted a book to movie again. This one was quite depressing, but I would say it was still a good read. We shared a lot of book thoughts while reading.

This will be the tenth book from our Sister Book Club. We read 1 chapter when we could while Ale wasn’t working.

We also each got our own copies from the Glendale library! Yay!

Then for the movie I got us Smart popcorn and Ale’s red vines. I think the movie was good. The main actress did good.

“They always stopped at Jerri’s—a black coffee for him” (6).

So Ale wanted to read the protagonist’s lines, so I am reading John’s lines and the above quote says that John drinks black coffee. I wanted to say that I love to drink black coffee too! I am totally John! By the way, John is Alice’s husband.
