We Were Liars by E. Lockhart

Ale and I were looking for a book to read for the month of May and we were looking on Goodreads under the Young Adult or Contemporary genre and Ale saw this book cover. She said that it looked familiar. It turns out that she has this book on her shelf. She won this book in a previous Summer Reading Game. This book is photographed in this blog post. She has yet to read it. So this is our Summer Sister Book Club pick for the month of May because it's already available. Once we decided on what book we wanted to read I checked the library catalogs and found one already on the shelf at the Heroes library. Luckily it was open on a Sunday and I went to borrow it as soon as I could. I just noticed that this book is perfect because it has a good page count for what we were looking for, which was between 200 and 380 pages. I really like the author's pen name. It sounds fancy.

This is my copy from the Glendale library.
