Review: Killer Chef

We finished reading this book on Friday, November 22, 2024 at about 6:00 p.m.
This was the first ever book that we read and finished for the Mother Daughter Book Club. I thought that it was fantastic! After we finished reading we went to this restaurant called "Flavors of Louisiana" to celebrate. We tried some Cajun cuisine and some delicious beignets! I even made a café au lait to compliment them.

So for my activities wish list that was part of my birthday wish lists I had on there that we go to the Burton Barr Phoenix library with my Mom so that I can finally see her use her Phoenix library card, but something awful happened. Her card didn’t work because I forgot the password and we tried two times and the account said that it was blocked because we tried more than once with the wrong password. That made me sad, but at least we both found a book that we want to read. I mostly wanted to read it because it was set in New Orleans. I also read a similar short book before! Mom likes mystery, so we are going to be reading this for our Mother Daughter Book Club.

I summarized every chapter so we don’t forget what happened last time because we read every other day.
